Social Media Marketing Manager

ABOUT THIS JOB

As the Social Media Marketing Manager (SMMM) at Equiti, you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering all social media activities for clients. In this highly visible role, a successful hire will “own” social media and will be directly accountable to client results.

The first order of business is to assess our current social media marketing processes and strategies. Along with the company stakeholders, the SMMM will create and implement the social media strategy framework that will be applied to each client engagement, including Equiti’s internal social media program. This position is far from boring!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the social media marketing strategy for Equiti and Equiti’s clients; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, SlideShare and more..

Execution of all social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc) for equiti and equiti’s clients.

Communicating in a professional, but unique social media “voice” for each client; directly aligned with the clients’ thought leadership and content platform.

Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to client sites and generate leads for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Native Arabic speaker

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

At least 5+  SMM  experience at a facing tech company or agency (FX industry is a plus)

A portfolio, representing a wide range of highly relevant, B2B or B2C - facing work

Ability to work on multiple projects at once

Detail-oriented, responsive to feedback and comfortable with tight deadlines

Extremely strong written (British) English is a requirement (fluent English is preferred)

Content Manager & Copywriter (Arabic)

ABOUT THIS JOB

This role is meant to support Equiti’s Content development and editing efforts, primarily on the Arabic front. The Content Manager will ideally have a good grasp of the online trading industry, will understand our Corporate and Product offerings and write market-driven copy for websites, emails, advertising, videos, campaigns, and more. Additionally, the incumbent will create content that integrates keyword research to drive search optimization. It’s an opportunity to help shape the way Equiti communicates to the entire industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and develop content based on the company’s identified challenges and objectives 

Write marketing copy / content for websites 

Write compelling copy for a wide variety of project types and campaigns 

Ensure the Equiti voice and narrative is carried through all marketing channels from print to the online 

Effectively communicate complex, abstract concepts in fresh, creative new ways 

Be responsible for quality control over all delivered content

REQUIREMENTS

eCRM & Retention Marketing Specialist

ABOUT THIS JOB

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Head, the eCRM Specialist is responsible for implementing the Global eCRM strategy, plans and activity (including complex automation tools and technology implementation) that maximise retention, deposit growth, customer engagement and reactivation of lapsed customers amongst the existing customers.

This role is instrumental in ensuring customer retention is at the forefront within our target regions for ecommerce and retail trading and working closely with different cross functional teams to include online, brand, retail marketing and ecommerce and retail trading.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Clear understanding of CRM business requirements that have IT and development implications and an ability to be able to work cross functionally within a complex business enterprise setup 

In conjunction with the CRM Analyst, the eCRM Manager will develop an effective ROI model, and utilise it in prioritising eCRM resources including marketing, budget, communication opportunities and team resources to maximum effect. 

Collaborate with the other Marketing teams, Online & Social to integrate key messages into buzz marketing campaigns on social platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of experience in a similar position, within a highly complex business setup 

Experience with Coremetrics/Omniture as well as Retention automation software 

Knowledge and understanding of email HTML 

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management (MBA is an advantage) 

Proficiency with different trading platforms and tools is an advantage 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

We are looking for a talented and proactive UI/UX designer to join our creative team in Armenia. The ideal candidate would have very good communication and creative thinking skills. CRM & Database Specialist

ABOUT THIS JOB

The CRM and Database Specialist will be working out of our Armenia office and manage all aspects of Sugar CRM from a marketing perspective, from campaign creation to tracking and reporting. You will be enabling the front-end teams with the right campaign tracking mechanisms/codes etc and working with the back-end teams to ensure CRM structuring for effective tracking. As such, you will need to have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently within a team.

The candidate will be planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty. You will be responsible for the Customer Journey Mapping - analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, and you will be at the forefront of this and make a big contribution towards campaign success.

Participation in CRM Change Management Process to ensure best practice. 

Support the CRM Manager in effort to define and document functional CRM requirements 

Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities. 

Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email. 

Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products 

Support in the planning, reviewing and customizing the CRM application as needed to meet needs of the users.
