American President Donald Trump praised on Tuesday what he called "a great American return" during his state of the Union address on the eve of his possible acquittal.

It will be Trump's first president to run for re-election after being charged, Trump said that the country's economic success is the chief rational for a second term.

In prepared statements, Trump said " In just three short years, we have shattered the mentality of American decline and we have rejected the downsizing of America's destiny". "We're moving forward at a pace that was unimaginable just a short time ago, and we're never going back!"

Trump also spoke of the new trade deal between the United States, Canada and Mexico, saying that a new three-way trade deal was one of the biggest reasons for his presidency.
