Asian stocks fell as US political concerns grow

Asian stocks fell today as risk aversion increased approaching the US elections and the deadline to pass the economic stimulus bill. While, in Europe, many countries have reinstated restrictions due to the recent rise in infections of Covid-19, setting new records.

The MSCXI Asia Pacific Index, excluding Japan, declined by 0.18% after US stocks fell in the previous session by 1%. Nikkei 225 closes lower by 0.44% to the level of 23567.04, and Hang Seng also fell by 0.2%.
