*Equiti may request proof of payment (such as a bank statement or a screenshot within the payment solution) for the first deposit. After the first deposit is approved, all deposits using the same account and method will be instant.

*Withdrawal arrival time is indicative and may take longer due to external payment processors. You can request a withdrawal from your account at any time. These requests are processed daily by our back office team.
**Equiti accepts local payment withdrawals sending funds in local currencies, please note funds will be converted from the Equiti trading account or wallet account currency at the rate accepted by yourself at the point of sale.

To deposit or withdraw funds from your account or to process internal transfers please log in to Equiti Portal and navigate to the ‘Transfers’ tab.

Deposits and withdrawals will be made into and from your Wallet accounts unless instructed otherwise. In order for you to trade with your funds, you will need to transfer internally from your Wallet account(s) into your trading account(s). For more information, please refer to our FAQs page.
The funds received will be allocated to the wallet account corresponding to the currency that we have received the funds in. E.g. if we have received funds into our EUR bank account, these funds will be allocated into your EUR wallet or trading account.
Please make sure to mention your Account ID or wallet/trading number in your Bank/Wire transfer reference to enable Equiti to allocate the funds into your desired account.
If you have made a transaction outside the core business hours of our Back Office team – 9:00-17:00 GMT+2, Monday to Friday– then your payment will be processed at the earliest opportunity the next working day.
Please be aware that at busy periods or for several reasons including but not limited to the remitting party, intermediary banks, or internal procedures, the process of deposit or withdrawal may take longer.
Equiti may require additional documentation/information from you to prove your bank account held in your name, as third-party payments are not permitted.
All client funds deposited with Equiti are held in segregated accounts and are held separately from Equiti's own funds. For more information, please refer to our Regulations page.
In the event where a client has sent funds into an Equiti account but does not hold a trading account with Equiti yet, and thus is not yet verified and approved, payment will be refunded using the same method that was originally used to send the funds.
All clients are responsible for the access to their personal accounts and any deposits/withdrawals made regardless of the source. Therefore, all clients are responsible for any chargebacks on their accounts and liable for any payment Equiti might have to make in regards to any chargeback.
Equiti, accepts no liability if a client is unable to deposit funds due to technical issues and clients should always make sure they have excess funds in their account to allow for any adverse move in financial markets.
