However, you will not be able to place a trade unless there are sufficient funds in your account to open a position. How can I make a deposit?
To make a deposit you will need to fund your Landing account from MyEquiti.
What is the difference between a Landing account and a Trading Account?
A Landing Account is similar to an E-Wallet, when you fund your account your funds will be deposited to the Landing Account in that currency. You can have 3 Landing Accounts, one for each account currency, GBP, USD and EUR. You cannot login to the MT4 with your Landing Account. A Trading Account allows you to trade on the MT4 platform, you will need to make an internal transfer from your Landing Account to your Trading Account in order for you to start trading.
The same applies when you would like to make a withdrawal, you will need to transfer your funds from your Trading Account to your Landing Account in order to proceed with the Withdrawal. You cannot make a withdrawal directly from your Trading Account.
How can I make a Withdrawal?

Please be aware that for your protection, we may request additional information and/or proof of identity before processing the withdrawal request. We do not transfer funds to a third-party account so please ensure that the bank account is in your name.
Can I deposit using someone else’s bank account or e-wallet?
Please note that we can only accept deposits into your account from a bank account which is in your own name.
What do I do if my funding bank account has been closed?
We will require a bank letter from you confirming the account closure. We will then require a bank statement from you for the alternative account which you would like your funds returned to.
If I send funds into my account in a different currency what rate will they be converted at?
If you send us funds in a different currency from your account base currency, we will convert them at the current spot rate. Please note that if this process is required, your deposit will take longer to be credited to your trading account. We will not be liable to you for any exchange rate loss suffered by you as a result of any such conversion.
