Is Equiti a regulated broker?
Equiti Securities Currencies Broker LLC (subsidiary of Equiti Group) is a multi-asset broker fully authorised and regulated by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) of the United Arab Emirates.
SCA is a legal entity, which is financially and administratively independent, reporting directly to the Minister of Economy in the UAE. The main objective of SCA is to supervise and monitor financial markets.

Equiti has offices in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi to support clients across the UAE.
